The Classic Albums Collection

If I payed full price for the individual albums, would I have got the song titles too? The music is awesome though. By now I should have accepted the inherent risk in shopping iTunes.

When the Dixie Chicks first came on the scene they were different, dicey, and full of talent. From the fun of Goodbye Earl to the more serious songs and every song in between, the Dixie Chicks were and really are nothing but class...with fun. That another musician who has a vibrato you can stick your hand through thought he had the right to bash them and act as though women don’t have the right to speak their mind, says less about the Dixie Chicks and more about the small minded, less talented Toby Keith. My only wish is we could get new material from these talented women.

So, several years ago these three women spoke their minds about war, and the consequences to mostly young men and women who weren’t rich. Those people who tried to ostracize them matter none at all. These songs make me laugh and cry! Simply the best, and epitome of class. If only we had more like them!

I absolutely love the Dixie Chicks! This is all I listen to!

The Dixie Chicks are an incredible band. The talent that these ladies exude is limitless. Their albums grow in maturity with every release. Great collection of all their work.

As a young Black girl growing up in rural Arkansas, I oftentimes tried to find myself in music and turning to the Dixie Chicks always helped. I love their music and their fearlessness even more.

These 3 women are absolutely what being an American is all about! Freedom of speech and people still love you and turing out by the thousands for your MMXVI tour! I saw you in Cleveland and I cannot wait for Toledo! Keep the great vocals and meaningful songs coming! Your true fans will always love you! This album is great and a must have for any Chicks fan!

All four of the albums released by the classic lineup of one of pop music's best acts of the last 20 years, and for 20 bucks, no less? The value alone is worth a four-star review, but let's face facts: even though the Dixie Chicks didn't write most of their material until their most recent album, there are few voices better in music than Natalie Maines', there are few acts with the energetic chemistry this band has shown in its recordings and live performances, and few with the level of musicianship they possess. Any moron giving this one star isn't even listening to it, they're making some decade-plus-old political statement of hate and closed-mindedness. All you've got to do is listen, and the truth is there: this is an amazing band and this is an amazing buy.

With all the bombastic rhetoric in politics currently, it's great to see these girls making waves again. #fearless
