I’m no 5-star reviewing aficionado…. But I do listen and buy a lot of music. This is such a beautiful album. His words paint such a picture in my mind like he was reading it…so poignant and emotional. I had to hold back tears when I heard Falling. I love all the songs. A few catchy tunes make it just the right mix...They all have meaning and emotion. I’m so so happy I bought the album. Thanks for my new favorite album!!!

but this new collection of tunes from Joshua Radin sets the bar pretty high, seamless melodies and romantic intimate portraits of love and every day life. Atmospherics tunes, this excellent music flows in and out of each other and make these gems, haunting and unforgettable. Well recorded and produced, great vocals, his voice has a nice quality of high and midrange tones to offer, but most of all from start to finish this artists took his time to get these tunes just enough weight for repeated listens, will be listening to The Fall long after winter's cold, nice one...

I have been listening to Joshua Radin since he released his first album and have seen him in concert every time he comes to Chicago. I appreciate his independence, and dedication to his craft (and to his fans). The Fall does not disappoint. In a world where there is so much noise right now, the Fall cuts through it all with Radin's typical clarity and simplicity, soft vocals and sweet melodies. In his first self produced album, it feels like he is going back to his roots and that is a good thing. Higher is a standout track for me because he is showing us a side of himself we haven't seen before. Don't underestimate him! He is the real deal.
