Listening to this took me back to all the reasons I fell in love with Ol’ Blue Eyes and jazz. Even at 50 he could still belt out the songs and combine his style with that of the fab Count Basie Orchestra, there’s absolutely no denying that what we are listening to is straight from their core. We also get to hear Sinatra’s good humor (although they are from a different time and he wouldn't get by with some of them today). Go ahead and crank it up because this concert is pure bliss!

I feel the album is great what.can you say about frank even when his voice wasn’t at its best he still could sing better then the young singers of today maybe the guy who said something about his voice would rather listen to guys like Michael buble who sound great but with no feeling at all to sing this kind of music you got to feel it and the people your singing to have to feel it phil caggiano. Also may 14th is the day frank passed away and it’s also Bobby Darin’s birthday I feel if Bobby would have lived he was the next Sinatra Bobby was another guy that could do it all you’ll never see guys like this anymore dean included

I’m absolutely stoked to hear that we’ll be hearing these concerts that Frank Sinatra had done!! That’ll definitely be added to my Sinatra collection! I’m absolutely hopeful that Signature Sinatra/Universal Music Group will be able to continue to release more concerts that can be added to the collection! Keep up the great work!

The Philly & Dallas shows have been available as bootlegs for many years now. I hope that these will sound even better than the boots - which sounded good. It is ALWAYS a thrill seeing 'new' FS material released. It would be even cooler to see materail released that has not been available before as an official release or a bootleg. I'll place my order for this one for sure. BUT since we already have a scouple Sinatra/Basie albums from roughly the same period, can't Universal find some shows from a different point in time?
