This music does not represent either of their abilities. It is just boring. Those of you who enjoyed this music, please please listen to each five years ago. They didn't record together at that time, but you'll get to hear the talent they each have. I have listen to both for years and years.......

Cheek to Cheek with Lady Gaga is 1000000x better, buy that duet album instead.

Diana’s lush, sexy vocal renditions and, arguably the finest lyrical jazz piano self-accompaniment might have upstaged Tony’s more “mature” take on these torchy all-time faves. But NO — his 40-year advantage makes this match one of the best May-December collaborations EVER! I love ya’s BOTH — thanks for the memories!
  • Natural & Inspired Pairing

Of all of Tony Bennett's duet partners, Diana Krall is the most natural and inspired. The others have their moments but this is the true match. They previously gave us the duet "The Best is Yet to Come" and was that ever a foreshadowing of this work! Fans of Krall's Turn Up the Quiet album will particularly love this duo! On that album, Krall performed four songs that Bennett is identfiably linked with, including "I'm Confessin' (That I Love You)," "Isn't It Romantic," "Night & Day," and "Moonglow". Two of those Bennett previously performed with k.d. lang as a duet and two solos from the 70s and 90s. Add on to those their mutual favorite "Fly Me to the Moon," available on both Krall's and Bennett's Best of ... compilations! The Love Is Here to Stay album though is doubly inspired because we get a seasoned interpretation by two pros of the great, great, great composer George Gershwin and, at the time (20s & 30s), the cutting-edge lyricist Ira Gershwin! Good things happens when you mix great songwriting with great performers! I would love to see them on tour.
  • Tony Bennett still going strong

Kind of amazing that Tony Bennett - a contemporary of Frank Sinatra’s at the height of his fame in the 1950’s and 60’s is STILL dropping albums in 2018. And he doesn’t even have to have an Eminem diss track to sell his record. The consummate professional.
  • Not great

Pairing an old gravely voice of Tony with a smooth and sultry voice of Diana doesn’t work for me.
