There is a connection that good music creates. It can unlock memories and illuminate perspectives, leading the listener to a deeper understanding, a greater awareness. This is that kind of music. Another fine album of songs by Mandolin Orange.

Marlin’s tribute to his late mother is touching and heartfelt. Having lost my own father a few years ago, this album brings tears, while soothing the ache in my heart. If I could give this album 10 stars, I would.
  • So excited for the album and love the songs already out

I fell in love with Mandolin Orange just after they released their album “Blindfaller”. Soon after I got their other 4 albums. Although they haven’t released much since 2016, I still listen to the albums all the time and almost every night as I sleep. I’m listening to “Golden Embers” right now on repeat and I’m falling in love. I feel such connection and a sense of meaningfulness whenever I listen to this group that I can’t compare to anything else. Honestly, when I first found the group, I was worried you guys were gonna end up being one of those small music groups who put some stuff out there but then stop. I’m so happy that this isn’t the case. Never stop releasing music because it’s become such a deep part of my life over the years, I probably wouldn’t be the person I am today with it. Helped me get through some seriously hard years. Love you guys if ya read this and thank you for your music.
