This collection was produced in 1983 with the advent of "Return of the Jedi" and was produced by George Korngold (son of Erich Wolfgang Korngold...a pioneer composer of film music). At the same time Korgold produced a complete recording of Robin Hood (written by his father) with the same forces. Kojian (conductor) was the brief successor to Maurice Abravanel and studied in Vienna with Abbado and Mehta when they all studied under Hans Swarowsky. The recording quality, here, is exempelary and recorded in the new Symphony Hall (now Abravanel Hall) in Salt Lake City. I had this cassette back in the day and it got worn out "on the road" with my family on vacations.
