Elton really switched things up with the release of BLUE MOVES afternoon seven huge albums. I was already familiar with sorry seems to be the hardest Word. The rest of the album took me a little while to get used to back in the late 70s. Just like Elton himself, I fell in love with this double record set. Tonight, chameleon, someone’s final song, as well as two instrumental pieces were much more expansive and imaginative Musically and displayed much more orchestral arrangements. This was a great move for Elton John and it sent him on a new Road and exploration.
