Warheads on Foreheads is a compilation album, released on March 22, 2019 through Capitol Records. The album was created as a celebration of the band's 35th anniversary and compiles 35 songs personally chosen by Dave Mustaine from throughout the band's career.
Mustaine selected and compiled 35 tracks, choosing at least one track from each of the band's fifteen studio albums. He stated, "I see these songs as the most efficient weapons in the band's arsenal...These tracks were created for maximum destruction."
More like an anthology than a greatest hits collection!
Fast paced, brutal tempos, technical guitars— if you don’t like slow proggy boring music and skip to the fast stuff, this is for you! Goes great with Greatest Hits in a mixed playlist!
It’s not titled warheads on foreheads for nothing, this is the stuff that thumps your brains out and I love it. I don’t like slow music, this is great

Can somebody write a review with some value.
Not useless preferences. What we want to know if the Apple Digital versions quality is better than the versions available.
Better voice? Better or worse mastering?
How does bass sound? Guitars?
Warm or piercing sound quality?
Just a different package for remasters

I’m a fan of Megadeth since Killing is my Business and although I have the catalogue I don’t mind picking up compilations that have a bit more content. This would be 5 stars easy if it was the original, untouched recordings. Some tracks say “remastered” and some don’t, but they are as well. The Train of Consequences track is the letdown here. The original release is still the best, as with a lot of these tracks. Still, for anyone who would like to get some of Megadeth’s finest moments, it’s a good buy.
Greatest Hit Number who knows, But this one is the best in my book!!

If this had a remaster of "99 Ways to Die" & "Paranoid" which have yet to be remastered... maybe next time.
Say NO to remasters

The song choices tell me that whoever created this list doesn’t listen to Megadeth.

One of your greatest songs left out. Last Rites/Loved to Deth. The old Dave wouldn’t have care but reborn Dave is afraid of offending someone. Take your own advice Dave and “ Go to Hell” stop being a baby, you were born Metal now get back to it or go rejoin Metallica
Discount Metallica

Nobody likes the dollar general version of Metallica. That's all this band will ever be.
It's Not Dave's Fault

This is a Capitol Records release. Megadeth is not on Capitol anymore. They have't been for a while. But Capitol owns this music. Don't hate the players, hate the game.
