Madame X (Deluxe)

This is just a lazy album. Not one descent song on this album. Madonna has been artistically drained since the 1990s and this album continues to prove she is irrelevant now. Too bad because her first four albums are iconic and great.

Great album, MaDonna lived in Miami for several years - she's channeling South Florida vibes! Love that MaDonna collaborates with young artists, different cultures, supporting different genres, and mixing in different languages around the world! Adds more flavor and character to each song, great album!

More politically forward album, I love it. Most of the people saying they don’t like it because of the political messages grow the F up. Also saying that Medellin isn’t a good song, darling your racism is showing. Y’all obviously don’t understand the message of the album and all you long time fans only really care about the albums she had to force herself to release so the record label would take her somewhat serious. Now she’s releasing music she loves.

Undoubtedly one of her best albums. Highly underrated. An incredible collaboration of multi cultural arrangements, Madonna does not disappoint. Loyal fan for 36 years and this is my favorite album and the show was incredible. Proof that she still has what it takes to be at the top.

Reigns Eternal.. Another epic journey..

This album gets better with more than one listen. Some songs on here are truly amazing.

Upon rewatching performances from the era, including Eurovision 2019, and music videos like “God Control” and “Batuka” one can clearly inhabit the creativity Madonna as an artist is able to offer, into her fortieth year as a recording artist. As Erotica, American Life, or even Rebel Heart before it, Madame X is an exploration of sounds within a cohesive, thematic album. Most artists are unable to push consciousness whilst bringing a conceptual album like Madonna does time and time again. This journey, and call to action, ruffled feathers and will continue to make people uncomfortable because most of us are not free-thinkers. Perhaps Madonna does not always speak truths, or does not represent a moment, yet Madonna can certainly live in her integrity as an artist who questions and inspires. Instead of shelling out what is expected to work and be deemed successful, Madame X is innovative, thoughtful, peculiar and astute.

Love the new track and can’t wait for the whole album. Love Madonna forever! The last superstar of our time. Long live Madonna! It’s getting better and better! “I rise” is amazing! (“Butkus” is my favorite… revolutionaries)
