Cobra Kai: Season 2 (Soundtrack from the Original Series)

not sure how to go about this since i havent purchased either the first or 2nd season score; in fact i just found out they were on itunes today (1 day after release of season 2) but from watching both seasons i must say the score in both is top notch from 80’s inspired themes and riffs to very contemporary motifs with some very good synth work to merge both elements it does a tremendous job capturing the conti vibe from the original movies and really giving a musical presence to the 80’s-201x’s juxtaposition these guys are actually playing at the whisky in a month or so here in california and i might have to check it out i know this series is flying a bit under the radar but everything about it is top shelf and the score is as good, and in many cases, better than anything the big budget studios are putting out

This will be a cruel summer waiting for that season 3 🙏🏻🤞🏻. Let’s all hope we get it. Finally we got the slow version of “Cruel Summer”. It’s perfect and it fits perfectly in that season 2 trailer where Johnny and Miguel fist bump 👊🏻! Love it! Also great 80’s nostalgia!

Perfect soundtrack to an absolutely phenomenal rehash of an 80s classic. Zabka and the crew went all out for the second season, and fans are truly needing a third now! Wonderfully done!
