This is one of my favorite albums of all time. Anyone who does not feel it is because they did not take the time to listen to the lyrics and allow the Holy Spirit to be welcomed. Cause I felt Him. This album did make me cry and still does no matter how many times I listen to it. No wonder it’s called The Cry. It is such a blessing and wonderful album that uplifts and makes me want to get closer to God; and just like one of the songs makes me want to stay in His presence. The only thing I can’t name is a favorite song cause when the next song comes on I’m like “yes I love this one too!”

The Spirit of the Lord is definitely on these individual tracks. My God, I cannot get enough of it. I have not played anything else but William McDowell's latest album and old music over and over again since buying The Cry. My ears cannot get enough of it. I simply hit play when I get up in the morning and just let all of his music play all day on repeat.
The Spirit of the Lord is on this man's creativity.
