First off womever thought of KW doing a cover of Heart's "Barracuda" is brilliant; this was ingenious to do. With that said this album is a good addition to the Kristine album collection. I can easily put this after Flay Again in a list of my all time best of her work. Considering that most of the tracks are re-works of older or un-released songs: "Can't Take No More" is a re-take on her Junior track, redone by Jason Walker as "No More"--she did "No More" with Junior when Champion Records was considering "Sweet Merecy Me" as a single--is is wonderful to here a finally relaeasd'track; she added more to the song lyrically and the mix is so right. Now for my most favorite track of of the album: "Wind In The Trees" which was one of the tons of demos recorded for the follow up--I remember hearing this at the Library of Congress' Copyright off; being able to having the gem new fills me with joy. Recorded for what would became Stronger and vernally lost among the over 30+ tracks she recorded for what would go from Let Love Reign then Clubladnd then finally as we know Stronger. The track "No One" is a re-wrk of "None One Can Tell Me" off of KW's Perfect Beat album, which is still available to purchase here as well as other outlets. The ew versions sparkles an already great tack. The there is the new version of "Land of the Living", out of all the re-recodings, this by far the best one vocally as well as musically. Even hearing "Stars" seems to work here. And what can Isay about "Just A Lie"--simply brilliant in its simplicity as was "Feel What You Want" (the song that will never die, Champion just released yet another remix pactage for, totaling making this about the eighth time they’ve done so not counting the many many bootlegs) but "Just A Lie" falls right up there with "Feel What You Want" (my favorite song of all time. Now the one track that I do not lie--can't stand really--is "White Chicks"; Ugh I loath the song, but nothing will ever beat Land go the Living. As far as KW albums go still this perfect in my eyes; a must have for die hard fans and a must listen for people who ae just learningning about Kristine W.

Kristine W - "Love & Lies" the new 3 Part LP. Right off the top is a personal song written by Kristine called "Just A Lie" This is the 3rd Single and an amazing track. Tells a personal story about what you think love is all about sometimes turns out to be a lie all along! The remixes are coming dancefloor soon.,, The music contained in this release has been a few years in the making! And worth the wait! The singles "Out There" and "Stars" are also contained on this release and are powerful testament to the strength of this artists voice, talent, her ability to tell a story of survival when love is lost to the hope and the best in all of us. I like to think this release is Kristine coming to terms, full circle in life through music. A journey if you will. "Wind In The Trees" its haunting vocals and melody, is a personal favorite of mine, and the massive and amazing re-awaking cover of Hearts "Barracuda", Also we see the brand new World Pride version of Kristine's classic song "Land Of The Living" to the EDM soon to be smash of "White Girls" more songs with each episode
