I am a huge BS fan. I have an open mind when listening to new music. Horrible with no glimmers of light from start to finish. Rhinestone Cowboy - yikes!!!

I don’t love the Western Stars album but this live orchestral treatment is terrific. To those reviewers writing it off and insulting those of us who are deeply enjoying this material, they’re entitled to their opinion but I encourage you to ignore them.

Bruce could put out songs made up from him going to the bathroom and some people would buy it and give it 5 stars, just because its Bruce. This music is terrible. Awful. If it wasnt from Bruce, no label would distribute it.

I must admit that I did not see this one coming. It is a little country music sounding and a little orchestra sounding, mixed with a tinge of rock and a lot of “singer songwriter”. It is relaxing and a new sound for a Bruce. Not to mention Bruce doing a great version of Rhinestone Cowboy (RIP Glenn)! Great concept album. Having said that, I hope we get a good old fashioned E Street Band type album next!
