Alejandro is there, somewhere. Unfortunately for him, his producers stole his music and turned it into the garbage my kids listen to day in and day out. I’m nearly 60 and I consider myself having an ear for music. I fell in love with what I saw in A.I.. When David Crosby produced the prodigy of his time, Joni Mitchel, he realized the worst thing he could do was to try to PRODUCE her. So he just flipped the switch and let her genius be recorded raw. I have to say that the A.I. production of his songs are a 100 times better than what is on this album.Compare the “Cholo Love” in the live performance and this album. Pleaseeee. Alejandro, don't let these so called producers steal your music and turn in into a commercial noise box. You are a genius and you can start the next musical sound which is sorely missing. Stay true to what you did and do.

This album is a true masterpiece. Like many other people, I started following Alejandro (ScaryPoolParty) throughout his time on American Idol and have fallen in love with his music ever since. He has such versatility, creativity and artistry in his music. Every single one of his extraordinary skills is showcased in this album...not to mention his amazing vocals and unbelievable guitar and piano riffs. SPP literally takes you on a musical journey. The album starts off with an industrial hard-core song with a lot of synthesizers called “Black Cross” and gradually lightens up as every song progresses through the album. The last song, “Out Loud” is acoustic. You feel his every raw emotion throughout this entire album. I am so proud of Alejandro and will be a FOREVER fan. Like Luke Bryan said to him in the American Idol finale, “Thank you for changing our lives.”

I have been obsessed with him ever since American idol!!! His music is just the next thing. A whole different genre . Can’t get enough.

Refreshing to see something with a shoegaze dark esthetic haunting nature come out of American idol. Well done. Stay in your lane be true to yourself .

Not sure if I can digest this full album; was used to the subtlety’s of his singles. This sounds harsh.

I wish he would stick to the acoustics. I realize he is extremely artistic and talented, but I feel like when he plays piano and guitar we can connect better with him.
