The Road

I’m sure it’s hidden somewhere within the agreement that songs can no longer be available. But that’s still not right for Apple to delete songs that I have purchased. I should be able to own those songs and do what I want with them. I will never purchase from Apple again. I am looking for another means to purchase songs that I can keep.

I was a religious I guess u could say old school person who bought on iTunes and now they took my songs off. I’ll never buy on iTunes again, nor will I use Apple Music. Screw apple.

Somehow, the five best songs on this album were removed and now you can no longer access them. Sounds like everyone else has had the same problem too.

I just don’t agree with customers paying money for something they weren’t allowed to keep. Most purchased this album because of the live songs, now we’re just stuck with a purchase without getting what we paid for.

The removed songs at the end of album. I specifically bought this album as these songs were exclusive to the album format and not available individually. When customer service was reached they said they could do nothing. I want my money back

I purchased a deluxe album to have the extra 5 live songs to one day just gone from my library with no explanation nor refund.

I paid for the “deluxe” version of The Road that included five Live songs. One of these Live versions is the entire reason I purchased the album. I was not aware that even though I PURCHASED the album that iTunes could just delete my property (purchased music) from my device with no way for me to recover my purchase. Guess I’ll just go back to steaming instead of purchasing music; very disappointed as I literally listened to one of these songs EVERY morning as I would heat ready for work.

I lost the songs that I wanted and the reason I bought the playlist was for those songs why did I lose those five songs
