I like the new sound!

people can’t compare this album to nothing happens. obviously it’s going to be different, considering they wrote the songs during a pandemic. although some songs are repetitive, like talk like that, which is my personal favorite, and coastlines, the songs are all very catchy and are really good. they’re changing their sound a little and i think that’s dope !!

Wallows’s latest EP, “Remote,” certainly has an idea, they just don’t know what to do with it. With catchy choruses, yet a repetitive sound, Wallows make an attempt to make a new sound since their 2019 debut album, “Nothing Happens.” In trying to blend all tracks somewhat together, Wallows make a bland effort with tracks like “Talk Like That,” and, “Coastlines.” Although at the end of the day, Wallows does not disappoint with this 6 track EP of trying to do something fresh.

Idk whats been going on with these guys, Nothing Happens was a banger but everything they have released since then has hurt to listen to. I assume they are experimenting and trying new sounds but it is not going in a great direction. I really tried to like this cause I am a huge wallows fan but I just cant.

The music sounds the same over and over again. Kind of disappointed. I loved their last album, but this is not up to their standards.

this band is revolutionary. they make me feel comfortable, at home, and understood. original and catchy are only a couple simple words out of the hundreds i could use to describe this band's talent. i love them very much and this ep is just a snippet of what great stuff they can put into the world.

All the songs repeat over and over and over... kinda gives me a headache

I love this man band so much but all these songs sound the same
