Destiny 2: Beyond Light (Original Soundtrack)

This score is some of the best I’ve heard from any game ever. The Beyond Light intro is such a darkly beautiful cello— such a perfect addition to the story. The music tells a story of its own. Deep Stone Lullaby is another highlight. It is a song you can close your eyes and drift off too. It is so contemplative, and yet emotional. Truly an expertly crafted piece. Unlike most video game soundtracks, where most songs are unnecessary, the Beyond Light soundtrack has every song playing an intricate role in the storytelling. Excellent job.

All of the songs within this album have a certain theme to them like most other destiny soundtracks. Exceptional work by the creators.

Destiny 2 is my favorite first person shooter mostly because of the soundtracks but gameplay awesome too

Not the best dlc they’ve made, but the soundtrack never disappoints.

I gave the album 5 stars for this one song, just because of how good it is. You would walk out into space on the side of a giant space station and look at Europa and all of the ships around it, and the song would just start playing... amazing. I haven’t felt much emotion from games these days, but this one really hits you, and that’s what I love about it. Great job bungie!

For all the flaws the game has had, one thing that has never let us down has been the music. All I have to say is that they have knocked it out of the park with Beyond Light. I haven’t felt a kind of emotion that Deep Stone Lullaby makes me feel for a long time in a game soundtrack.

Tied with Forsaken soundtrack for the best Video Game soundtrack. Athanasia, Beyond Light, Buried secrets, and Deep Stone Lullaby are some of my favorites. This soundtrack also has many other unmentioned beauty’s that I can listen to on loop for hours. Definitely a must buy, especially for video game nerds like me.

Bungie’s musical minds never disappoint. Lullaby will put you to sleep.

Amazing soundtrack, amazing expansion. Deep Stone Lullaby takes the cake for absolute best. It is an experience unlike anything i have ever had. The depth and passion put into this piece is beyond anything I could have ever imagined.
