The Last Resort: Greetings From (Video Deluxe)

Another great album!

The first album remains my favorite album so far. This album lacks that flavor and sound.

Midland is just one of those bands that are incapable of recording a bad album. Every album of there’s is one you want to play from front to back without skipping a single song. ‘The Last Resort’ is once again one of those albums! It’s a throwback to the catchy, endearing country-western sounds of the good old days. This album contains quite a few songs that are guaranteed to become ear worms.

Midland continues to develop there sound with this album. This is the kind of country we should be hearing on the radio!

I’m just so proud of my cousin Jess Carson (lead guitar/vocals-Midland) I pray that your meteoric rise continues and that I will always have your back, keep up the great work bud! I’m not really a country music fan but I really have to say that Midland’s sound and style is reminiscent of REAL country music made by the greats of the genre. I can hear the influences from Dwight Yoakam and even some of the Eagles. Real authentic country music that will, for sure, become instant classics!

Love the old school 90’s, early 2000 country sound these boys have brought back to the 2020’s and beyond.. And would just say, it’s time for them to change it up a little, yet still keeping it 100% country.. None of this techno, pop garbage that fills and kills the radio. I’ve always loved Midland, I’ve loved them before they hit the big time.. and I’ll continue to support and cheer them on!! Long live country music.

I purchased the EP version of this album on ITunes but now they require me to purchase the complete LP. I should be able to complete my album instead of having to purchase the same songs as on the EP. For that reason I will not purchase the other songs. Won’t do that again
