This is better than their debut, well worth the wait. The Gereg was 100% board ceertified "Light sh!7 on fire" music, and this is even more of that. Centuries of rage and revolution distilled into a spirit restoring draught of power. Get it.
Addendum - Feb 1st 2024:
I cannot stop listening to "Triangle" on repeat. This album is one of the absolute best of 2023. I don't know the language, but the music is lifting my heart to joy. The music is filling me with hope, and a desie to see it all through. This is incredible stuff. Spiritual on a level rock rarely achieves. This speaks to any soul burdened and bittered by the injustice in the world, by the inequalities and opression of life. This stuff is pure.

I enjoyed The Gereg very much but I like this even better. A bit more variety in the arrangements, not all the songs have the same drum beat and the songs for the most part are very strong. My favorite new or newer band that is out there.

The first album was amazing and insane. A lot of bands have problems and try to bring it higher for the sophmore album and was wondering how this was going to go, but they out did themselves and proved that they are in for the distance. Can't wait until I see how insane album number 3 is going to be. Mongolian Rock, the music you never knew you HAD to have............. Get this, it is awesome

Ok dudes. This album is so cinematically intense. When I first listened to it I got this image of people resurrecting the great khan and him walking out with his medieval entourage with a vengeance to those who have forgotten where they came from.
The short and sweet version, The Hu are back with a vengeance! If you have the heart and soul of a warrior don’t hesitate and get this album. It will pull you up by your bootstraps and help you slay the dragons throughout your day.
