Over Oceans

"YHWH" is AMAZING!!!!!!!! Wow!!!! My husband had to pull his truck over on the side of the road when he discovered this song! It brought tears to his eyes! And since his sisters do not believe in YHWH, it really resonated with him. And myself as well... wonderful wonderful music! I have shared this artist with my unbelieving father, who used to be in my band when we weren't living life for God. He even sees the talent and enjoys Garrels! Thank and praise the Lord!!!! Thank you brother Josh for using your God given gifts to spread His love the beautiful way you are! You are REAL! People can see that, and appreciate your ministry!!! There is so much breadth in just one album its astounding to me.. Josh has so much range, not just in his voice, but also in terms of the different instrumentation used. And, its not unique just for the sake of being unique, its unique in a way that works, a way that makes sense, a way that makes each song great, a joy to listen to.. Great job Josh..

I saw him at the Packinghouse Church in Redlands this past Sunday. He was the best I have heard in a long time. I love the hip hop he adds to some of his songs.Josh is very friendly in person. This is a great album along with all his others. I look forward to seeing him again. YOU ROCK JOSH!!! Keep the message alive!!!

Josh Garrels' music is awesome! One of the best song writers I have heard in years and the only instance of an artist that I enjoy every song on the album. Great singer, unique and insightful. Definitely an artist deserving of your support and a blessing to listen to.

Garrels moves between jagged rap and a strange brand of folk. The guitar work is simple and excellently coupled with his profound lyrics. It's clear that his heart is in his music, and that his is a heart after God.

ohh I am so happy to see that josh has a cd out... met him and his wife a few years back at a music festival. such a wonderful person. amazing heart and hauntingly beautiful voice....perfect through and through
