I love this Ghost song and hearing the Def Leppard singer was doing a duet seemed cool. However he sounds so close to Tobias. What’s the point? The songs music is identical. He’s just singing a couple lines during chorus. It is fine. Absolutely unnecessary except to the most hardcore Ghost and Def Leppard fans.

I was expecting to hear a change in the song structure similar to the way He Is was reworked to an almost indie rock sound. But this sounded like Joe Elliot was just added in the background during the chorus. Spillways is one of my favorite tracks on the album and this version is pretty much that version with a subtle, unnoticeable vocal cameo from Joe.

I dunno if my hearing is bad or if the mixing for this got messed up but I have trouble differentiating Joe from Tobias in this? More should have been done to differentiate this from the original, less Tobias, more pronounced Joe, and more of a remixed sound so it doesn’t sound like you just copy pasted the original track. It’s still spillways so it’s a fun listen, but I expected more from a collab like this

I love the original version of this song, so adding some Def Leppard flavor only makes it that much more awesome!
