There are no words to express Mahalia Jackson's talent. Also, she took her time singing and it always paid off in such a huge way. There is an old movie that plays on cable, "Imitation of Life" where she sings at the end and I was captivated by her voice. Shivers just thinking about it. How extraordinary that I can download her songs to my devices and now hear her whenever I want. Wow!

There can be no doubt that she LIVES the moment with us and lives on in us. This music will never go out of style. Get out your tissues sit back and be thankful that she paid us a visit. We miss her.
