There is a reason why this band only appeared on people's radar during this time. This has got to be one of their best albums. It has plenty of variety, and Issac's raspy voice is something to marvel. You hear the pure angst that explodes creativity. Float is great to listen to over and over, but give the other tracks are worth listening to. Great buy

People now all the hits like Float On and The Ocean Breathes Salty.But the whole album is great.Its just good Alt Rock.Modest Mouse sounds like they have a big Pixies influence (another great band btw).The lead singer sounds like Frank Black.
