Best soulfly album to date. Heavy as hell and still managed to remain tribal and soulfly. Love this album you will not regret buying the whole thing i promise.

Maxx seemed to really hit his stride with this album. I think that it's the best thing he's written since Sepultura and even two albums later after this one, Dark Ages still holds the belt for best Soulfly yet..

This is by far one of the coolest sounding albums out there. When you hear the beats you can't help but start headbanging. You better be ready for it.

This album has a little death metal in it. Not the most brutal. I would have given this a three and a half but i cn not do that so I gave it a four. The song Corrosion Creeps sounds the most brutal. If your into Nu metal check out Slipknot and if your in to death metal check out Cannibal Corpse. Thats my review.

Heavy, brutal, and angry from start to finish, but done with creativity and musicianship. There are no fillers here, every song stands alone. This is where Sepultura would have gone if the original line-up had stayed together. This is the sound and quality other heavy bands should strive for. Dark Ages shows that max cavalera's bands still lead the way ahead after 20 years.

This album punches you in the gut from track 1 to 15. Frontlines is hardcore and Innerspirit amazing. This is some of the best music I have ever purchased.
  • Max's best work since Sepultura.

This is an awesome album. I didn't like Soulfly too much up until now. I like some of the more experimental elements of the album, like the synth-esque elements featured in "Babylon," among other things. Max's signature guitar work is prominent here. It resonates throughout the entire album. His vocals are just as harsh as we all know and love. And for any fan of Soulfly or Sepultura, you know how harsh that is.
