Kid Rock was 19/20 when he put out this album if you listen to him speak in interviews he mentions how his early music is different people grow up and experience more so if you expect his music from when he's 19 to sound the same as his music at 40 years old you're crazy he grew up in the Detroit scene and switched genres don't blame the Kid blame yourself for not being open minded and thinking he's a robot who writes for you

I had this on cassette. I pumped this out my car in the 90s with two 25s in the trunk. This is true kid rock. Every album is different and good. Stop reviewing it 1 star because iTunes doesn't have something else you want. Your hurting kid rocks sales because of it.

Where's the polyfuze method album. Best one he ever made. And for all you youngsters this new country rock crap that he does is junk. He sold out. Grits and poly was his best albums yet

For the people that don't recognize this album. This is what got KR going. This is a pure Detroit Kid rock right here. This is not tribute album. This is for real KID ROCK $(-):+.
