i'm not big on remixes unless they're something really special... i would say at the least though, definitely get "all i got is me" and the natural history version of the song... all i got is me, is absolutely one of my favorite b-sides from any band... spend the dollar, get the song.

5 stars for the Ted Leo and Matt Dear Versions. The Diplo mix has been available on the web for a while now, and is very nice but not the highlight. Based on the 30 sec. samples, I'm not much into the other mixes, but definitely check the nice dubbiness of the Leo remix and the slinky techno'd version of the Dear remix.

We all know Spoon to be a rockin' band. One of the best these days. ...but let us not forget the band "The Natural History." The world has somehow come to believe that "Spoon" created he staccato brand of rock and roll that they play when in fact they are among many bands, old and new, that work inside of a similar aural framework. "The Natural History" has been described as a "Spoon" clone when in fact they just enjoy a similar rhythmic sensibility and are equally worth the listen as Britt and Co. A theory supported by the covering of a "Natural History" song by "Spoon." Check out "White Rabbit" as well. Great Stuff. I saw them open for "Spoon" in K.C.

About two or three of these songs sound ok, but really, the timing is way off, and it doesn't add an effect or anything positive to the song.
  • 50 Cents a Track

Nothing is worth 50 cents a track if it has DRM... The music is a bit bland too.
  • Spoon IS the cover artist

The original song is by The Natural History. Like it says on the track. Spoon picked up the song touring with the band. Kudos for giving them credit where it's deserved.

The cover made me laugh, but unfortunately, i think they need a little more sound in there...to much beat...And cut the woodblock crap!
