There just isn’t much Christian music that matches up to this. I’ve listened to this since I was a kid and it’s never grown old on me. However JoC doesn’t really match up to what they used to be now in my opinion. Anyway, a classic album that has some really rich music.

I listened to this on my CD player every single morning to school. I was a then very strict Pastors Daughters who was searching for my own happiness and my own way, words and thoughts about God and Christianity. I also listened to many other influential CCM cds thanks to a friend, Alicia, who ended up being pivotal into introducing me to the CCM world of music, as growing up in a severely overly strict Christian home, controlling Minister of a Father...this music made my Morning everyday on the way to the Private Academy I went to. At home, I had to HIDE it from my Dad. Thank You Alicia for introducing me to literally good, heartwarming beautiful and sincere Christian Music and to Jars Of Clay for making it.

I'm not a Christian anymore, but this album brings me so much happiness. It's peaceful in its complexity and the passion with which he sings.

Worlds Apart is my favorite song, and if stranded on a desert island and I can choose one album..it's this one. Hands down. Thank you Jars of Clay.

I consider myself a solid Jars of Clay fan but I have to be honest and say that in all of these years they have never matched the genius, universal, yet simplistic perfection that they achieved on this album. My mother bought this album for me when I was 13 years old back in 1997. “Liquid” and “Flood” were always blasting on Wednesday and Sunday nights at my church just before Youth Group would get started. This is the one album that I believe defines my teenage years. I listened to this album on repeat the entire summer of ’97 before I started high school. What an amazing collection of songs to define such an pivotal part of my life. This album will forever be my favorite. I literally cannot imagine my life without these songs. Unmatched beauty and perfection.

This is by far one of the best albums in christian music. Jars of Clay will always be my favorite band. Songs like Worlds Apart, Flood, and Love Song For A Savior are classics. Buy it!!!

I remember when this album was released back in 1995. I couldn't get enough of it then & I can't get enough of it now.
