I can count on one hand the groups / collaborations / artists who continue to deliver music of impeccable quality without recycling or borrowing from previous material. Tosca (K&D) have a sound that settles the listner into a warm, soft cloud of deep, irresistable rhythms, basslines and melodies that carry well for any and all occasions. So incredibly dope, this album is. Buy it without hesitation, you must.

From building in the beginning, the play on rhythm and melody throughout, as well as the overall comedown in the end, this album is an experience through well crafted soundscapes and sampled symphony. Tosca creates seamless and flowing layers that provide an easily swallowed flavor. Every part stands out, yet contributes to the overall mix and atmosphere of both the individual track and the album as a whole.

I have loved Tosca since I first heard them...No Hassle sounds a lot like the name, its a more laid back smooth sound that is great for relaxing. Some what like Cinematic Orchestras Ma Fleur, its a chilled out mix of Tosca's style. No Hassle will put your brain back together, its a great listen. I would recommend listening to the samples and finding the right ones for you, buying the whole album will most likely leave you with tracks you will never listen to so find those gems. Happy Listening.
  • BEST Tosca Yet

Because like Mr. Fabled said in his review of J.A.C. "Tosca got the vocal disease." Thank goodness they must have taken some antibiotics that cured them and got all better, so much better that I want some of that medicine. This album is addictive and must be listened to while chilling out with something (or someone) special HEADPHONES recommended so forget the someone special. I think the only reason this album didn't get 5 stars from everyone is because they expected a more upbeat tempo. But whatever they think, most of us agree; it was about time Tosca showed everyone out there what they are made of and that is MELODY which is what most bogus musicians lack. Tosca, gracias, me has devuelto la fe en la musica electronica!

I bought this record on a friend's recommendation and it is positively yawn-inducing. There is not a single new musical idea on the whole record. The songs are hard to distinguish from one another, and then to add insult to my purchase, they include a bunch of live versions. Am I supposed to be impressed by their live versions of their empty repetitive songs?

I had compleatly missed out on Tosca until I happened to hear them in the background at the local Barnes & Noble the other night. I immediatly bought this album and have been blown away. Unbelievable. I will be buying thier other stuff ASAP. I haven't been this hooked this quickly since the first time I heard Manheim Steamroller on the ol' LP.
  • Perhaps Tosca's best album to date

Surprisingly, the album is more downtempo than I had anticipated -- which is a good thing for me. I really like the whole flow of this work. As an owner of ALL of Tosca's releases, this one is getting more airplay in iTunes for me than most of their other stuff. Probably one of the best albums of 2009 in this category.

This is Tosca, they don't want the same old hooks, we're getting older and just want something to chill out with, yes, this is what I wanted to hear from them.

Not to exceed 6000 characters trying to find the right words to describe what Tosca's latest nugget when it almost immediately synch's perfectly with your corpus callosum? Puhleeze.... How can you argue with the deepest of the groove spread they serve up 4.03 notes into the first piece...? Ya can't so don't try.... Pull out a bottle of something pinot, put the headphones on, shut the world out and let Tosca's newest specialty float you away.... It's Woolybugger guaranteed....
