Your music is amazing. Strictly speaking. I love lover's Carvings in particular (it's unresistably great) but, wow... do you mind finding your sound? This album is full of twists and turns and I know I listen to some WIERD alternative music but it's just too much for me. I don't like Fire Ant at all, and I think some of your songs could fair better if they were more upbeat (Haikesque, Abrasion). I don't necessarily want you to change your wholee sound and make everything just like Lover's Carvings - but it's got to be the best sound I've heard and I LOVE it. Nastalgia to the max, makes me want to dance and sing and drop whatever I'm doing. It's strong enough to instantly change my mood, and I listen to a lot of music. Nothing hits the spot like that song. I think you should write less songs like Dwrcan, and S'vive where I can't hear your wonderful singer. On the other hand, S'vive has one of the funkiest beats I've ever heard and something like that would go wonderfully with,,, well, I'm not even sure but it has potential. Ambivalence Avenue is another great song on the album. Please, stop it with the voice effects. They're too heavy and ruin the quality of voice. Something about the way notes are accented against your singer's high voice in All the Flowers pains me to hear it. Please, Bibio. Find the perfect mix in your inspiration and send me an album I can adore and jam to for hours straight. Any haters on iTunes, I will be ignoring you. Deal with my constructive critiscism. I wouldn't even waste my time if I didn't think I could fall in love with this band (*this band's music, not literally the band members. That'd be wierd.)
  • Electronica goodness

The electronic world is making incredible records. They have the soul behind their music, that rock & roll use to have. Bibio's album is one of those albums. The world of electronic music varies so greatly, and this album is no exception. Influences are all over the place, beat music, downtempo, folk, hip-hop, this album is so unique, and beautiful. The acoustic songs on this album so rich, melodies so right. Almost sounds like Jackson C. Frank. I'm glad music this good is around, I just wish more people would hear it.
  • Impossible not to feel...

Bought the whole album on the strength of "Lovers' Carving" and I do not regret the purchase. The songs make you reminisce of times long gone. Somebody said they remembered their childhood and it is exactly how I feel, but it also gives me an unfounded optimism for once. Thank you Stephen.
