One of the most complete albums by sister hazel. Very easy going, with a few hits sprinkled in the mix. a great listen through in through with two great acoustic tracks as the icing on the cake.

Once again the guys have put out a dynamic melodic album that absolutely rocks! Great transitions and harmonies. I have seen and known these guys for years and nothing they do seems to go wrong. In a time when bands come and go, the 16 years these guys have been jamming only get better. So long to all of the one hit wonder groups or those who don't care about their fans. These guys know who put them on the map and pay that back at EVERY show. If they come to your area - GO SEE THEM!!!
  • Still got it

I've been listening to Ken Block sing since he had a sweet mullett and was in Redline back in the 80's. Ken and Drew's harmonies have always been right on and no exception here with the rest of the guys again providing great rhythms and Ryan's leads are always solid. Great to see them still doing well and continuing to do great things for charity through lyrics for life among others.

I actually heard this song (Run for the Hills) while shopping at Hollister, and I was like Whoa, who is this? I looked up the song and found Sister Hazel, and now I'm in love! A must-buy!

I downloaded Release and Before the Frost last weekend. Being a huge Black Crowes fan I told a friend I would give him my review in a few days. I listened to Before the Frost then put on Release. Well, I havent stopped listening to the latest from SH since. The first track that came on was Release. I figured that was the hit single, then Ghost in the Crowd came on and it blew my mind. Not a bad tune on the album. This one is their best by far, they just get better with age, its a timeless classic that will be taled about for years as one of the all time greats.
  • Long awaited and NO disappointments!

Sister Hazel continues to create great music that is unique and untouchable! They stay true to their roots and never disappoint. This CD is a must have for any Hazelnut and has some awesome tracks like "Vacation Rain" in both full band and acoustic versions. I hope you all enjoy this CD as much as me!!!
