I love this song. It's a shame that music like this isn't played more often than that rap crap!! Guess I'm just an old lady to those of you who didn't see man go to the moon , remember when. Color TV came out and even the advent of FM radio There's a guy singing this song to his dying father on the hospital. I cried cause my dads dying in front of my eyes a little everyday. I wish I coulda reviewed that and made it viral... More people need to realize that this world has gotten to generic. I'm grateful that I got to live the best years of America living. Worst thing was Viet Nam who in my opinion was the true best generation vs WWII . I can't stand classical But if you like this song you are close to my age ! Does it make anyone else feel like they ate getting old cause our music is now considered classical , the music my folks listened to was opera or that type of music... But give me the 60s- 90s and I'm a happy camper... I keep them digitally and on cd s... Thanks for reading my long story

Harry, you're so amazing. That's really all I can say. You're beautiful inside and out and we really miss you. My dad sang Cats in the Cradle to me every single night before I went to sleep when I was little and man, do I miss that. Your songs are so inspirational and they tell whole hearted stories. No one will ever express stories and send messages the way your songs do. God bless.

The last review on this was in 2005. I'm here ten years later and it's under the "What's hot" category. Real classic and an overall great some.
