Over the past few years I've been putting together a list of albums that I consider to be genuinely perfect. It's a tough thing to do -- to make a perfect record -- but Bonobo has by all accounts achieved that with Black Sands. Every slightest sound on this album is precisely where it needs to be and hits at precisely the right time. Each song evokes exactly the sorts of emotions that they're meant to (the brilliant thing is the number of different contexts each of these songs can be listened to in). I wish I could say more about this album but there's nothing left to say. If you haven't heard it, get it now. Bonobo's best, and one of music's best. Even after all these years I find myself coming back to it again and again.

This type of music that Bonobo has made is pure genius. Bonobo has created a piece of work unlike no other that will amaze you. Once I started listening to one of his songs, I just had to see what more he has created.

First heard Bonobo on TV show "House." This LP went on sale and I bought it. Now a Sunday afternoon standard. Excellent combination of jazz, symphonic, vocal and electronic elements.

All In Forms is now seriously my favorite song. Of all time. It just blows me away, the way it all blends together. When I'm listening to it, (the whole album in fact) I feel like I'm in a trance of just pure relaxation. Just beautiful.

I only wanted to buy one song, but I saw the price for the entire album and decided to give it a try. This has been the best purchase I have made on iTunes hands down…
My favorite tracks were "Kiara" (what I originally planned to buy only), "Stay the Same", and "1009".
Buy this album. You will definitely not regret it.
