I just got these out of curiosity. 6.5 an 5.5 don't seem to do much, just from when I was feeling negative and upset, this didn't change my thought patterns or help. 4.5 made me start to move slowly, like being lethargic or something, it was weird, but not too pronounced.
Anyway, might be better for someone who has more time on their hands to meditate, as it doesn't seem that useful for a quick fix.
