NOTE: The only problem I have is the recording (Maybe it is just me) is that I hear a lot of distortion in the recording. But for $5.. I can live with it.. Just distracts you at times.. Great job Christopher!! Love these songs and pieces! Takes me back to the island! "The Journey" >>

I am a huge fan of the TV show Lost. I've been following Chris Ryans work for about a year now and it's beautiful and he's finally released his renditions of piano solo scores from Lost by Michael Giacchino on an album and god it's beautiful. Even if you've never watched Lost you still should support amazing talent like Chris Ryan because the music is breathtaking.

I haven't watched the show in years but this album brings back so many memories. Bravo!

LIstening to this album will make you feel better than Desmond when he was finally reunited with Penny. Great job.

The music in LOST was as important as any of the characters. Chris Ryan's piano interpretation of Michael Giacchino's themes are simply breathtaking. This album WILL take you back to The Island. The liner notes from Giacchino himself describing how their collaboration came about are a nice bonus. Great work!

Following the brilliant score written by Michael Giacchino, Chris Ryan is able to capture all of the wonder that both the original music and the characters themselves added to the show. Even those who are not fans of the show can appreciate the tranquil and emotional piano chords that weave themselves into a tale of despair, joy, and above all: hope. Overall, a fantastic listen to those who enjoy the show, as well as those who prefer the soothing sounds of a piano.
