I first heard this album in 1988. I had this cassette in my tape player while stationed in W. Germany on dispersal. Always listening to this cassette. Then my batteries died. Great singer this woman is.

Hola! I love this album. Some of the songs I skip though, usually the songs I skip are just songs with no talking, and I usually get bored sometimes when I listen to songs that have no talking because I find lots of things boring. But I love this it’s awesome and calming and great and also brings back memories of traveling to the mountains with my family or going camping. Definitely recommend!

There was no artist who captured the movement of what we now see and hear on the radio or in spas, gyms or anywhere where mindfulness it a "thing." This album got me through so many days at work I cannot count, difficult times of my life, great times of my life, she is simply a ground-breaking artist. Many have followed Enya, but she remains the Goddess of Mindfulness Pop. Her genre can only be described as something that is all-encompassing: "meditation pop" is the best I can think of for this review. To think this has spanned over 3 decades and sounds new every time you play it. There is no time for it, there is no place for it. You can play this at dinner or with some songs, before a sporting event, or even if you are in the hospital recovering (as I did myself). 5-stars is not enough for this album, it should have 7.

My dad got me into her music when I was about fourth or fifth grade or maybe six grade. One of her songs was on a compilation album that he had in the car.

Used to listen to this with my late father who passed in '04. It's sometimes tough to listen to her nowadays but at the same time it helps as well.
