The idea behind this release blows my mind. Anyone who listens to "classic" metal will easily identify what band each song is influenced by. Really, its THAT obvious, all the way down to Johann actually SINGING! If you are a fan of metal and appreciate how awesome Amon Amarth is dont hesitate to buy this EP. The only bad thing I have to say about this album is that it is only four songs. Maybe we can get more like this in the future?

This just goes to show that Amon Amarth could have been an amazing band if they had played any other genre of metal. A seriously skilled group. And Stand Up to Go Down is hilarious! Definitely worth picking up.

Is there nothing this band can't do right?!?! First another great release with DOTG and now this killer EP. Well worth the cash for these awesome songs that pay tribute to 4 of the most influential bands of all time. Buy it now, you won't be disappointed!!! \m/\m/

Didn't know this was coming out along with Deceiver of the Gods on release day, so the bonus four songs are a nice surprise. These 4 songs are cool tunes crafted in the vein of the four bands whose "logos" appear on the cover(if you don't know what bands they are, you obviously do NOT like metal). It's cheap and worth the few bucks it costs. Puts a smile on my face to hear Amon Amarth record these songs that sound just like the bands they are paying tribute to.
