The songs that weren't hits are some of my favorites. Much like other MTB albums. Kind of the emblem of a great album. The were a fantastic live band btw, sigh.....

Love the sound of their voices and all of the levels of harmony. Also, the soft woodwind solos make it a little jazzy. Stop sitting there and buy it already.

It was 1972, and I was visiting my Grandparents in Daytona Beach. It was late Friday night, not much on TV, but when I fliping throught the channels, (yes, you actually had to get up and turn the knob) there was a concert on from South Carolina, it was the MTB. I sat there for an hour and couldn't believe the energy and music from these guys. When they played, "Can't You See" I kept turning it up and up, I was mesmerized. They played the whole MTB first LP and then some. Shortly after that the MTB S/T LP came out. Still their best.
