  • Music that feels like home

Never have i come across an artist whose music makes me feel everything at once. It’s comforting and profound and i love to soak up every sounds and note and tone and lyrics and every feeling each song gives me. This is the kind of music i would want to surround me for the rest of my life. I find myself smiling and crying throughout the same songs at different points because of how much it makes me feel and how quickly that can change. I love everything about Sleeping At Last’s music. It makes me feel comfort and safe and something relaxes in my soul as i take in every part of every song.

No words can describe how I feel about this album and this artist. Beautiful can’t even describe it. I’m speechless when I listen to this music. I can’t do anything but smile when I hear this music.

I first started listening to this album years ago and with each listen I can always pick out something new to feel. I highly recommend listening to the podcast where Ryan explains the meanings behind some of these songs in detail—particularly ep 2 about the song “North”.

These songs are beautiful and deep. As a family man, North is one of the greatest songs ever composed. East and South also ring true.

I downloaded this a while ago now, but I still love it. I absolutely love the different themes of the songs, from curiosity and love to family and truth. The music and the lyrics are wonderful on their own, but when put together make a masterpiece. To be honest, I only listened to the first five songs of this album before deciding I wanted the whole thing. I absolutely love this band.
  • Drop dead gorgeous.

I was knocked off my feet when someone introduced this album to me. It is perfect for almost any time, but it will definitely be the new soundtrack to my road trips, hikes and stargazing. And if you don’t want to buy the whole album, my favourite song is “Saturn”. I cried the first time I heard it and tear up every time afterwards. But the whole album is worth the investment. You won’t be disappointed.
