Start with this one, then move on to Blessing of The Energy Centers! Go with the flow and discover falling in love with life and yourself! You and your life are worth the investment. They are long but retraining you’re mind takes time!

These meditations started me on my journey with Dr. Joe, and I keep going back to them years later. So powerful! To get the most out of them, be sure to read the “Breaking the Habit Of Being Yourself” book.

For those complaining about his voice and the price: how could you possibly leave a negative review without trying it first? Take yourselves seriously. Do you really want to change your life? I can tell you, for me, his meditations have opened a door of infinite possibilities and had freed me from stuff that was really holding me back. And they keep doing so. This is a daily practice, not a one time thing. If you are not willing to break your current habits and do what ever it takes to better yourself.... don’t bother! To your success!!!

Your book said that we can download the meditation. It didn't say it was $20 😕 From the preview the voice sounds horrible and the music distracting (sounds like it's from a cheap movie with a creepy villain hypnotizing a naïve victim 😅)
  • Really dislike voice

I want to get these because I read his book and loved it but gosh his voice in the sample sounds so vacant and not like he even believes in what he's telling you :/
  • $5 on his site, but 20 on iTunes?

The pricing for these is outrageous. Glenn Harold offers way better tracks that cost less.
  • $20?!?

I already bought your book and now I'm supposed to pay MORE just for some guided meditation audio? Despicable.
