  • Strong debut TSSF!

Brimming with charisma, you can undoubtedly feel the emotion within Parker Cannon! He virtually plummets himself throughout the lonesome caliphate from songs like Mt. Diablo, Quicksand, and Placeholder! The obscure satirical nature comes within sociological interests, especially with Parker singing when feeling peeved, and overcome with austere magnesium rich basalt. Rest assured, you'll be exhorting anthems that allure of unbeknownst premonitions from this catchy project!

So, this band is fantastic. They've grown and made such amazing music. Down below you'll see a review of 1 ⭐️. Please ignore it. This band is so talented and will grow on you after 1 song. Please enjoy it and ignore the negativity. That is all.

Fell in love the first time I heard it 4 years ago, still feels new every time I hear it. Parker's dynamic range and unique delivery coupled with the driving melodies are what grabbed me right away. This album transformed the entire genre. Unpopular opinion, but Closure is the best track the band has ever made.

BUT: Somebody else gave it a 1 star review and I couldn’t sit back as a band as talented as this one is butchered by another reviewer for no good reason. This whole album is extremely solid, and so are all of The Story So Far's others. The lyrics are great, and the musicianship is some of the best we have in the genre. Parker’s vocals are belted out passionately and aggressively but not screamed, which is refreshing as some band’s singers constantly scream and can become distracting and occasionally even annoying. All the songs on this album range from very good to incredible: Songs such as Quicksand, Swords and Pens, and the fan-beloved Mt. Diablo will have you head-banging and mosh-pitting for days, while you will also get sucker-punched straight in the feels with songs like Placeholder. My only complaint is the mix, but being their debut full length album, can we really complain? And what the production lacks in quality, the band makes up for in every other aspect. Thank you The Story So Far. 11/10
  • Such a massive ripoff of punk

It sounds like if Justin Bieber found a cd of Slipknot in the dump with scratches all over it and made an album based on it. Disappointed.
