I have loved this song, even as it gained popularity with annoying twilighters who only know this song by Death Cab, which really dissappoints me because they are a great band, and I'm sure don't care about team Edward or Jacob or whatever. I was glad that this video does not contain any Twilight clips in it, and anyone who disagrees can go watch Twilight.
And by the way, I went to their concert a few days ago and Ben DID mention that, "'Meet Me On The Equinox' is NOT about Sparkly Vampires!"

There was a video with New Moon clips in it. Don't know what happened to it and can't find the video for Muse's song for Eclipse. Don't get me wrong I absolutely love the music.

Once in awhile, out of nowhere, comes a song [sometimes from a band that you only heard of from a movie soundtrack *] that fits your style, personality and tastes like a glove.
"Meet Me on the Equinox" is one of those rare songs that has all the components, from the vocals, the lyrics, the timing, the arrangement; the whole package, that reaches me to my very soul. There is no explaining it, but we all have a rare song or two in our lifetime that does that for us; this is one of those gems for me.
I have now discovered Death Cab for Cutie [don't quite understand how they came up with that name] and have found several other songs and videos that I like so they now have a permanent place on my iPod!
