I'm continually surprised by just how talented a writer and a performer John Mayer Is. This song is just another example of this. This is such a fantastic song on so many levels but I especially love this one particular electric guitar riff. I know it's not but it's such a George Harrison or Traveling Wilbury esk melody it's amazing. Maybe even Tom Petty. If its not Mayer himself I'd love to know who. So far I havent seen anything online referencing a guest or contributing guitarist. In any event, it's a totally amazing song.

Mayer brings a whole new vibe to this record, which is something he's been so good at doing with each new release of his career. As for this VIDEO, it's BEAUTIFUL, and chronicles the cross-country road trip we all dream of taking one day. It's fitting for the song, displays some brilliant scenery, and shows John as the reflective and big-hearted musician that he is. Love the video, can't WAIT for the album.
