I came across a review of this album maybe 10 years ago. Clips of the music and the artist's background fascinated me and I've always remembered this small little gem. I was honestly surprised to find this on iTunes but boy what a treat. Much like Shuggie Otis' "Inspiration Information" this a perfect record for someone just looking for good music, but its especially great for those out there who have heard a great deal of music and are really looking for something fresh and unique. It's one of those little known records that discovers you rather than the other way around.

Forget the back story about Judee Sill (although it is fascinating and tragic), the songs shine through with joy, imagination and regret. This is one of those records that define "lost classic". Highly recommended.
