Real Estate's Atlas has a powerful ability to whisk you away to beach vibes, and to make you feel nostalgic of lazy summer days.

I just caught these guys on the radio and I dug their sound. I have to say this a really complete album from start to finish; just really catchy melodies and really great to drive to. Pull the trigger on this one, you won’t regret it.
  • reminds me of Luna (this is meant as a compliment)

I caught Real Estate’s track “Had to Hear” on SiriusXM’s XMU channel and was floored. They have a really nice mellow (but sophisticated) sound, and those jangly guitars remind me of the late great ‘90s indie rock band Luna. Maybe it’s because Real Estate’s fans are too young and missed out on Luna back in the day, but I’m surprised so folks have picked up on Luna’s influence. Anyhow, I’m loving this album and it’s great to hear another band carrying the torch...

Love this band! Takes me back to my twenties, listening to The Ocean Blue on a lazy summer day or a dreary Sunday morning. Great guitar rifts and an easy flowing melody.

I got this on a whim awhile ago not knowing anything of this band and didn't like it no matter how many chances I gave it. Decided to come back to it and now like it. Not sure how that works, but ok.

What do you get when you mix a little country, a little pop, liquid melodies, and chill it all out? Real Estate! There's not a bad tune on this entire album and it's great easy music to just listen to and relax. Not bland or boring in the least, and with a real variety of tunes. You should check it out.
