Adam Lambert’s talent is his astounding vocal ability, his creative ability to enhance vocal arrangements including his own, and his mesmerizing stage presence. Those of us who are fans always love his live performances. They have more emotion and unique in the moment to his arrangements. This album captures one of those moments. This version of Velvet is even better than the first. Can’t wait for Velvet Side B.

I have 100s of songs on my phone, and being OCD I listen alphabetically so I know where i'm at if I decide one needs to come off....
I now have both Velvet albums.... I love the studio sound: retro 70's disco vibe.
But absolutely LOVE the Live Sessions...... who stays and who goes.... probably neither, I'll just listen to both versions back to back.... Adam could sing the phone book and I'd download it!!! For those who didn't like the heavy production (70's disco remember) of the original, you would really like the Live sessions. Videos on Youtube are awsome too. Watching how effortless he makes this seem...
