I’ve been following Tegan and Sara since I was 15, and now, 12 years later I’m so glad I knew them then. They were awesome then, with their acoustics and indie sound. And now, I really appreciate that their sounds have grown with them and us as listeners. I read somewhere many of the songs are about relationships but especially the one they had as twin sisters. I can relate to the sentiment of songs like 100xs and White Knuckles a lot. Conflict in sibling relationships can be so complicated and heartbreaking to the core, and yet that bond is ultimately unbreakable and you can hear that in these songs. And then there’s just fun in the entire album like in songs like Stop Desire and U-turn and you cannot help but to sing or dance along. Solid, solid work!

Excellent album! I listen to it so much I've ended up getting friends and family members addicted to it! Fantastic addition to the whole collection. The lyrics are masterful as always, and the tunes are constantly stuck in my head!

This album was amazing when I first heard the songs I felt attached to some of the songs either That Girl, Boyfriend, Stop Desire or White Knuckles are one of my favorite songs I was listening to all the songs that was in this album at my school and staring to like this record I may not hear that much from Tegan and Sara, may not be their biggest fan, but I hope that they'll make another album that I will love like this album Love You to Death was a great amazing album and I can wait to listen to their future album ❤❤❤ this album and I'm glad that I bought this album on iTunes.

Everyone else can hate on their new music, but unfortunately as music changes so do musicians. I LOVE the feel of the 80's in this album. I'm a class T&S fan, but I am not sworn to just one type of genre. Their music is still unique, yet it's maintstream. Ye feel me? If they kept their music like they always did, it would get old. It's great stuff, but I can only listen to it for so long, because it has the same "tone" in a sense. The last two albums are upbeat and fast faced. They still have their unique voices. I have yet to hear anyone else with this 80s flash dance feel to their music. True Tegan and Sara fans will appreciate them in all their forms and growth. They still got it. Stop being such haters.

While Love You to Death may sound different than earlier Tegan and Sara records, it's just as amazing! I give the duo a lot of credit for wanting to branch out and change up their sound. They've had so mo many records and it's amazing that each one has a different sound! This album has so many songs that are relevant and relatable. Listen and enjoy!! And try and see Tegan and Sara live because that is truly an unforgettable experience!!

I'm an old time fan from their first three albums. I went to their concerts in South Florida. Small crowds, but with lots of energy. They were Alt yet surprised about the teeny bopper fans. I was out of place being 30 years old at the time. Anyways. I think of Uh-huh-her and Scavenger Hunt and how much I like their music and T&S sort of are now in that kind of genre of music, but I guess cause I heard T&S where they were more rock and indie and that's why I've had a hard time to transition to this new stuff. The good thing is if they were willing to get to this new place maybe their music can evolve to something I might like in the future. Until then I just grab a few songs here and there for nostalgia sake.
